KuPP was born from our desire to showcase the amazing and diverse products available across Scandinavia and the Nordic region. Our award winning menu is Nordic inspired and uses some of our favourite Scandi techniques like curing, pickling and smoking. At heart we are still very much true to our roots, sharing all that we love about the Nordic region but in our own unique British way.
We gather and select the finest ingredients and products from British and Scandinavian suppliers, many of which are specialist artisans that care as much about making their products as we do about serving them.
From our delicious sharing bords loaded with dishes such as our home-cured Norwegian gravadlax, house-smoked pork meatballs and oven baked quinoa, kale & butternut bites, to our signature burger and mouth-watering open sandwiches and salads – we’ve got something for everyone at KuPP.
Honesty and simplicity have been our inspiration as well as a desire to use. Our bar is the perfect place to spend an evening sipping on our signature KuPP cocktails. The cocktail menu is Nordic inspired with our own KuPP twists on classics such as the Scandinavian Smash (a riff on a mojito featuring Dild Aquavit and fresh dill) and entirely new creations such as the Spiced Päron which features pickled pear and beetroot shrub.
You can also enjoy a glass (or two) from our carefully considered wine list or choose from a wide range of local and international beers, including our own KuPP Lager. Not forgetting our extensive range of premium spirits including several varieties of the Scandi favourite, Aquavit.
